The step by step approach

Mindset
In 12-weeks you can be a new person with more energy and full of life! This lifestyle plan will challenge you as a person in more than one way. If you can stick to this plan for 12 weeks you will be able to achieve all your other dreams!

This site will guide you to get that body that you have always wanted. By following the 5 steps and making it part of your lifestyle will ensure a better body that you want.

This is the first and most important step towards a better body. You must identify why you want to lose body fat or gain muscle etc. You must go and identify your goals and by achieving these goals you will be motivated to achieve whatever you want in life!

Exercise
Exercise is very important to help increase your metabolism. A few workout plans have been developed for people visiting the gym or with basic equipment at home. The workout plans will be structured according to your goals. You can start to shed some body fat by just walking for 20 minutes a day - the IntoShape style.

Nutrition
You must follow a balanced nutritional plan specific to your goals in order to gain more muscle or to shed some excess body fat off your figure. With the meal planner you can plan your meals ahead of time and according to your specific goal.

It is not recommended to follow any diet associated with starvation!

Supplements
These products should only be used to supplement your current exercise and nutrition plan. A supplement is not a magic pill or powder but if you have the above 3 steps in order then a supplement will help you enhance the speed at which results are obtained.

Track Progress
To make sure the plan you have chosen is working, you must log your progress. If you don't see any results then you must change the plan.

Please remember! You can have the perfect workout plan, nutrition plan and use all kinds of supplements but without consistency you will not get optimum results.
