Track your progress

You have to track the progress you are making to stay motivated and see how you can change your workout plan and nutritional plan accordingly.

Make notes on your progress:

  • Determine your goals and mark it as soon as you have completed it. Set new milestones.
  • Calculate how much calories you need to consume for your goal and recalculate it on a weekly basis.
  • Take body measurements and update this on a monthly basis.
  • Fill in your workout plans to see advancements.
