You have to set a goal that is realistically achievable. Have an ultimate goal in mind that you want to achieve at the end but set smaller milestones to achieve on a 2-weekly or monthly basis.

 

My ultimate goal:

This is your long term goal over a period of 6 months to a year of how you ultimately want to look like or what you want to achieve!

 

 

Milestones to help me on the way:

Here you will define milestones over a period of 2 weeks or a month on what you will try to achieve in order to achieve your ultimate goal.
 

Note: You must know your current situation before you can plan for what you want to achieve in the future.
